Our standard free shipping service takes from 3 to 20 days from the time the package is shipped (depending on your country's customs policies).
Shipments will depend on the processing time of each item, that is, the time it takes to perform quality controls and packaging of each piece. Once these controls are done, which can take up to 8 days, the package will be shipped.
Once the shipment is completed we will send you an email with your tracking number.
Shipments will be free for the customer.
*Package will be sent by standard mail for small orders.
*If the order is large we will use more expensive shipping methods which will always payed by us and will get the order to your door sooner than you think!
COVID-19 Information: Orders may be delayed a little longer than normal due to air traffic not working 100% and our products come from different countries around the world.
Note: Our warehouses are located in the United States, Asia and Europe so in some cases orders may take longer depending on where they will be shipped from. If you want to know in advance the estimated delivery date of your order do not hesitate to write us. Our most important principle is transparency and clarity with our customers.
What is processing time?
Item processing time is the time from receipt of your order to physical shipment. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous quality control checks and tests to ensure product quality prior to shipment to your satisfaction. This may involve detailed internal checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, stitching, trims and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. Total processing time varies according to the complexity, design and size of the specific product or item. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It usually takes 1-7 business days to process your order. However, please note that processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, time of year, national vacations, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order may take 5-10 business days to process and ship. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

Your purchase is protected if:
- The item you receive is damaged, defective.
- Your order does not arrive due to factors beyond your control and not your error (e.g. wrong shipping address).
- You have filed a claim by emailing us at misspepins@gmail.com with the shipping information.
- Your item is returned to the supplier due to customs duties (customs fees/taxes are not included).
